    We recommend that you place them into a non-metallic container, refrigerate and consume within three days.

  • Do I need to drain and rinse legumes before consuming?

    This is entirely a personal preference and depends on the recipe. The liquid in the can is simply a brine so if you wish to reduce your sodium content, it’s best to rinse them
